Meet our Founder: Susan Diaz, The Non-Tech AI Maverick 

From illegal grocery shopping adventures in Uganda at 7 🛒 to navigating cultural nuances in the Middle East, my younger years were a masterclass in out-of-the-box thinking.

My entrepreneurial career started at 17, when I began teaching the neighbour’s kids math after school. At 19, I turned chocolate into gold, founding a company that not only supported my lavish 20s but also became a legacy, later run by my mom, helping her to get our family through some complicated financial times 🍫🎉

On the side of all this, I worked as a radio jockey, advertising copywriter, then moved into VP of marketing before quitting to move back into the entrepreneurial way.

My journey in niching down to specialist marketing for small business founders has been RICH with insights and use cases.

I am the author of a book called "UNboring, take your content marketing from blah to brilliant", a guide to captivate and engage audiences. As a podcast co-host, I delve into the restless minds of marketers and founders on "The 4 am Report," and explore the journey of unlearning bias one alphabet at a time, on "ABCDEI".

I am a huge practitioner of The Flywheel Philosophy (h/t Jim Collins’ book ‘Good to Great) 🔄 Obsessed with continuous improvement, I view life and business through the lens of a flywheel. I am a big fan gaining momentum from consistent, dedicated effort 💡

Once labeled 'lazy,' my impatience is now my rocket fuel 🚀 This trait, far from being a flaw, is my greatest strength, propelling me to innovate, streamline, and relentlessly pursue excellence - fast! ⚡ It's this drive that led me to embrace AI, way before ChatGPT became a household name!
